What counts as a request?
One clear deliverable or change with enough information to begin. Large work is broken into agreed stages.
Does unlimited mean simultaneous work?
No. You can queue unlimited in-scope requests. Creative has one active request; Digital has one active workstream.
How fast is turnaround?
Typical small Creative requests take 2–3 business days. Larger or technical work gets an agreed timeline before it starts.
How do revisions work?
In-scope revisions stay in the active queue until approved. A changed brief or new deliverable becomes a new request.
Can I pause or cancel?
Plans renew monthly. Cancel before the next renewal to stop the next charge. Service pauses are agreed directly and kept separate from billing status.
Are refunds available?
Completed and current billing periods are not partially refunded. SupaDesign will address any service issue fairly under the agreed terms.
Who owns the work?
You own final work created specifically for your business after cleared payment. Third-party licences remain subject to their own terms.
Your private Trello or Notion board is provisioned after verified payment and onboarding. Client access, approvals and timely inputs affect delivery.
