You have a business to run. Not more jobs to do.

Your customers should be able to find you. Your branding should inspire confidence. Your website should make them want to choose you. Your next idea should become a working product. And your systems should give your team time back.

SupaDesign takes ownership of what needs designing, fixing or building — and gets it live.

Tell us what's holding you back

What's holding your business back?

Something needs to look better, work better, get built or stop wasting your time. Find the problem that sounds familiar.

We look smaller than we really are — the SupaDesign site on a laptop with printed brand guidelines and brochure on the desk
01

Social Media, Marketing & Brand Assets

The design work never gets done.

Your business deserves better than rushed graphics, inconsistent branding and sales material that doesn't reflect the quality of your work. But you're busy running the business, not managing another creative project.

Make every first impression count. Stronger branding, sharper marketing and consistent creative that makes the business look as credible as the work behind it.

The work

Branding · Marketing design · Social media design & management · Sales materials

Our website no longer matches the business — an outdated site on a monitor beside the rebuilt, current version on a laptop
02

Websites, Landing Pages & Digital Platforms

Our website isn't pulling its weight.

The website looks dated, doesn't explain the business properly or makes it harder than it should be for customers to take the next step.

Give customers a website that builds confidence, shows the quality of your work and makes choosing your business easier.

The work

Websites · Landing pages · Shopify · Digital platforms

This idea needs to become a real product — a laptop showing a build in progress, with app wireframes sketched beside it
03

Idea to Product

This idea needs to become a real product.

There's an app, portal or tool you've been meaning to build. The idea keeps coming back, but nobody has taken ownership of making it happen.

Turn the idea into a working product people can actually use, from the first clear plan through design, development and launch.

The work

iPhone & Android apps · Portals · Dashboards · Chrome extensions · Custom tools

We're wasting too much time doing things manually — a desk of paper files and sticky notes beside an automated system on a laptop
04

Time Back with Custom Systems

We're wasting too much time doing things manually.

Your team spends too much of the week copying information, chasing updates and repeating admin that should be simpler.

Give your team time back with connected tools, practical automation and systems that make the business easier to run.

The work

Automation · Internal tools · Integrations · Practical AI

SEO & AI Visibility

Get recommended by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI answers.

A good website only works if the right people find it. Your customers are searching on Google, Google Maps and AI assistants, and you don't have time to become the SEO department.

Get found and get chosen. Fix what's hiding the business, strengthen local and AI search presence, and turn the website into a steadier source of the right enquiries.

The work

Technical SEO · Local SEO & Google Maps · AI search visibility · Content strategy · Tracking & reporting

Find the gap. Fix the right thing first.

Send the website, socials or branding. I’ll send back three clear notes. What stays. What goes. What gets fixed first.

Cut
The parts costing trust.
Fix
The first move that matters.

Problem in. Working product out.

A federation needs one place for rules, news and results.

A tradesperson needs receipts out of the van and under control.

A person needs a habit to stick.

Different problems. Same move: build the right thing.

One federation. One clear home.

Member nations. Rules. Competitions. News. Results. I brought it together in a multilingual website and publishing platform the federation can update itself.

Habit Launch

Make the habit visible. Make it stick.

Identity, interface and Android app. One focused place to track habits, see streaks and keep moving.

Trade Receipt Tracker

Receipts everywhere. Until they aren't.

Scan. Sort. Find. Trade Receipt Tracker puts the paperwork where the work starts: on the phone.

Three problems. Three working builds.

What was wrong. What I built. Why each decision earned its place.

The problemTradespeople finish the job and then face the paperwork. Receipts sit in the van, in pockets and in a pile at home — and they're almost impossible to find again when they're needed.

What was builtAn Android app that scans receipts, organises them and makes them findable months later. Scanning, organising and search all happen in the app, built for someone standing on a site with their hands full, not sitting at a desk.

DecisionsI kept the product deliberately narrow: scan, organise, retrieve. Anything that didn't serve that got cut. The test for every screen was simple — does this work at the end of a long working day?

Why it mattersReceipt capture and retrieval belong together on the phone — where the paperwork starts, rather than waiting for a pile to be sorted at home.

The problemRemote job listings bury the details that decide whether you can actually take the job — where it's based, what it pays, who's eligible. Most boards make you apply before you find out.

What was builtA job-search product that puts location, pay and eligibility up front on every role, with listings gathered and refreshed automatically so the board stays current without manual upkeep.

DecisionsStructured job data, not a pile of listings. That decision makes the filters useful and keeps the jobs feed clear.

Why it mattersApplicants can assess the practical conditions before investing time in an application. Structured listings also make the search filters useful.

WAKO.sport

View the work

The problemAn international federation runs on its website: member nations, competitions, rules, news and results — serving athletes, coaches and officials, in more than one language.

What was builtA multilingual federation website and publishing platform, structured so the people running the sport can keep results and news current themselves, with a place for everything the federation publishes.

DecisionsThe information architecture, design and publishing workflow were built around how the federation posts and maintains its own information.

Why it mattersThe public information has a clear structure, and the federation has a publishing workflow it can manage itself.

Hand it over. Get back to running the business.

Pick the package that matches the job that's stuck — social and marketing assets, the website, the product idea, or the system that would give you time back — then send the starting point.

Not sure which one fits? Choose “Not sure yet”. No polished brief needed. Tell us what's on your plate, what's not getting done and what done looks like. SupaDesign takes it from there.
